PORT CHARLOTTE, FL (April 18, 2025) – On April 10, a U.S. Army veteran received a life-changing gift—a beautifully refurbished vehicle, thanks to the NABC Recycled Rides® program, insurance partner car donor GEICO and repair partner Crash Champions. The gifting was sponsored by NABC member United Recyclers Group (URG) and held at its URG Scholarship Foundation golf fundraiser as part of the URG/Team PRP training conference.

PORT CHARLOTTE, FL (April 18, 2025) – On April 15, a decorated veteran of service in the United States Air Force received a truly exceptional gift—the donation of a beautifully refurbished vehicle that will help with challenges involving homelessness, job insecurity and the needs of her two children. It was made possible by the National Auto Body Council Recycled Rides® program, Allstate and Crash Champions.

National Auto Body Council® Gifts Refurbished Vehicles to Three Palm Springs-Area U.S. Military Veterans in Need through the NABC® Recycled Rides® Program

(PORT CHARLOTTE, FL) January 23, 2025– On Monday, January 20, a U.S. Army veteran, A U.S. Army Reserve veteran and a U.S Marine Corps veteran each received life-changing help – the presentation of vehicles to provide them independence and the ability to support their families. This was a joint effort of the National Auto Body Council Recycled Rides® program along with car donors Allstate, GEICO and Farmers Insurance, and local collision repair partners, CALIBER, Crash Champions and Fix Auto. The special NABC Recycled Rides® presentation took place in conjunction with the NABC Gala “The Best Is Yet to Come” Presented by Crash Champions, held in Indian Wells, California.

The event, scheduled in conjunction with Collision Industry Week, will be held Monday, January 20, 2025, at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort and Spa in Indian Wells, CA, with a golf opportunity to follow on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at Indian Wells Golf Club.
