PORT CHARLOTTE, FL (March 15, 2025) – On Wednesday, March 12, a veteran of the United States Marine Corps received a life-changing gift, a beautifully refurbished vehicle to use to get to his two jobs and more — thanks to the NABC Recycled Rides® program along with vehicle donor GEICO and collision repair partner Caliber Collision-Longview, an I-CAR Gold Certified repair facility.
PORT CHARLOTTE, FL (March 4, 2025) – On Friday, February 28, a decorated veteran of the U.S. Navy experienced a life-changing event – the presentation of a vehicle to give her the ability to get to and from work, take care of her four children and be active in her community – thanks to the National Auto Body Council Recycled Rides® program along with car donor Travelers and collision repair partner Caliber Collision. The presentation took place during the I-CAR 2025 Leading Forward National Conference at the Hyatt Regency Hotel Downtown.

PORT CHARLOTTE, FL (February 18, 2025) – On Valentine’s Day, A U.S. Navy Petty Officer from Naval Station Norfolk and her four-year-old son were showered with love when they received keys to a newly refurbished car at a special celebration marking Caliber Collision’s 600th vehicle donation nationwide. Petty Officer 2nd Class Blair Cleary was selected to receive a 2019 Kia Sorento. The car donation in partnership with GEICO, which donated the vehicle, is part of the National Auto Body Council Recycled Rides® program.
PORT CHARLOTTE, FL (January 24, 2025) – On January 21, A U.S. Navy veteran and single father of three sons from Plattsmouth, Nebraska received keys to a fully refurbished vehicle through the NABC Recycled Rides® program and its partners Caliber Collision and GEICO. The donation was a thank-you for his service and a way to relieve the family’s transportation challenges.
PORT CHARLOTTE, FL (January 23, 2025) – The National Auto Body Council® is proud to announce that Caliber was named the 2024 winner of the prestigious NABC President’s Award, which formally recognizes the NABC® member company that supports the vision of the National Auto Body Council through donation of their time and resources. The announcement and presentation of majestic traveling trophy honoring the award was presented during the Second Annual NABC® Gala, held Monday, January 20, 2025, in Palm Springs, CA.
(PORT CHARLOTTE, FL) January 23, 2025– On Monday, January 20, a U.S. Army veteran, A U.S. Army Reserve veteran and a U.S Marine Corps veteran each received life-changing help – the presentation of vehicles to provide them independence and the ability to support their families. This was a joint effort of the National Auto Body Council Recycled Rides® program along with car donors Allstate, GEICO and Farmers Insurance, and local collision repair partners, CALIBER, Crash Champions and Fix Auto. The special NABC Recycled Rides® presentation took place in conjunction with the NABC Gala “The Best Is Yet to Come” Presented by Crash Champions, held in Indian Wells, California.
PORT CHARLOTTE, FL (December 31, 2024) – Two Bakersfield residents each experienced a life-changing event–the presentation of a vehicle to provide them critically needed transportation–thanks to the National Auto Body Council Recycled Rides® program along with vehicle donor GEICO and repair partner Caliber Collision’s two Bakersfield locations. The vehicles, refurbished by teammates at Caliber Collision’s two Bakersfield locations who volunteered their personal time and skills to restore the vehicles were presented to the recipients on the ice during the first intermission of the Bakersfield Condors hockey game on December 27.
PORT CHARLOTTE, FL (September 26, 2024) – The members, partners and colleagues of the National Auto Body Council® teed it up for the NABC® Boone Valley Changing and Saving Lives Golf Fundraiser Presented by Enterprise and a NABC® Recycled Rides® presentation – all held Monday, September 9, at Boone Valley Golf Club in St. Louis, MO.
