PORT CHARLOTTE, FL (May 7, 2026) – Four deserving Denver-area veterans each received the gift of a lifetime in presentations held on Wednesday and Thursday – a newly refurbished vehicle to provide them independence and the ability to work and take care of their families – thanks to the National Auto Body Council Recycled Rides® program along with vehicle donors GEICO and Allstate and repair partners Abra Auto Body, CARSTAR Autosport Collision, Gerber Collision & Glass and Crash Champions.

PORT CHARLOTTE, FL (April 18, 2025) – On April 10, a U.S. Army veteran received a life-changing gift—a beautifully refurbished vehicle, thanks to the NABC Recycled Rides® program, insurance partner car donor GEICO and repair partner Crash Champions. The gifting was sponsored by NABC member United Recyclers Group (URG) and held at its URG Scholarship Foundation golf fundraiser as part of the URG/Team PRP training conference.

RUCKERSVILLE, VA (October 21, 2024) – Nearly 80 first responders from Virginia, West Virginia and North Carolina gathered last week at the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) for a unique education program designed to provide them life-saving rescue techniques to help save accident victims in late-model vehicles.

ST LOUIS, MO (April 4, 2023) – More than 100 Observers and 15 first responders from the St Louis Fire Department and surrounding areas donned their rescue gear today for a hands-on demonstration of the latest techniques in emergency vehicle extrication, preparing them to provide the best response for car accident victims in St Louis, all thanks to United Recyclers Group (URG), MAXCORE Industries, Modern Imports, Genesis Rescue Systems and the National Auto Body Council® F.R.E.E.™ program.
