PORT CHARLOTTE, FL (October 2, 2025) – On Thursday, October 2, a Nashville man received a life-changing gift—the donation of a beautifully refurbished vehicle as he looks for continued growth in his life.  The donation was made possible by the NABC Recycled Rides® program, vehicle donor Allstate and repair partner Crash Champions.

A 2019 Toyota RAV4 was generously donated to Kyree Smith by Allstate and refurbished by the technicians of Crash Champions in Mt. Juliet, TN.  The presentation took place at the Hilton BNA Nashville International Airport as part of the Growth Conference.  The Growth Conference has grown into the premier space for career-minded insurance agents looking to scale, network and lead with purpose. This is the third year in a row that the Growth Conference has sponsored a NABC Recycled Ride® gifting to change the life of a person in need in the community in which the conference is held.

“We’re glad to be in Nashville giving away a refurbished vehicle to a deserving recipient, said Gary Jefferson, Director at Enterprise Mobility.  “Partnering with NABC, Allstate and Crash Champions, this is why we do what we do, and we thank all of them for giving back.”

Kyree Smith is a young man making the adjustment from foster care to living and working independently.  He has been a participant in the Monroe Harding housing program since 2022, overcoming the trauma and stressors of being in foster care.  Smith has participated in the Resource Center programming, learning skills for employment and financial independence.  He is one of the program’s most engaged participants and has been working two jobs trying to save enough money for a vehicle.  However, having two jobs has limited his ability to have a positive work/life balance.  This refurbished vehicle from NABC Recycled Rides® allows Smith to pursue better career opportunities, including his goal of becoming a physical therapist.  He hopes to be a mentor to others and is passionate about learning and helping others better themselves as well.

“I just received this vehicle and it’s amazing,” said recipient Kyree Smith.  “I’m going to be using it to get back and forth to work.  I’m also going to be using it to pursue a career in therapy and in college.  I’m so thankful to NABC for helping me get this and Allstate, Crash Champions and everybody that helped me get this car.  It’s a really crazy day for me.”

Smith experienced a tremendous outpouring of generosity, not only by receiving a beautiful vehicle, but also receiving additional gift cards from Crash Champions, Enterprise, Tire Discounters, but the attendees of the Growth Conference who passed the hat, presenting Smith with a significant monetary donation.

The recipient was nominated by Monroe Harding.  Monroe Harding Housing provides foster care, supportive housing, career readiness and therapy for youth in or transitioning out of foster care.
