NABC®, Allstate, and Fabian’s Collision Present a Refurbished Vehicle to a Deserving Mother in Need through the NABC Recycled Rides® Program

PORT CHARLOTTE, FL (August 13, 2025) – On Tuesday, August 12, a deserving Sacramento mother received a life-changing gift — the donation of a beautifully refurbished vehicle to enable her to get to work and care for her family. The presentation was made possible by the NABC Recycled Rides® program, car donor Allstate, and repair partner Fabian’s Collision, an I-CAR Gold Class shop.

The presentation took place at the Fabian’s Collision location in Stockton, CA, with a crowd of Allstate employees, Fabian’s Collision team members, and other partners in attendance. Allstate donated the vehicle for the event, and the team at Fabian’s Collision of Stockton, CA, refurbished it.

Olive Arnold receiving her refurbished 2017 Mazda CX-5

“Thank you to Olive for allowing us to be part of such a special moment with you and your family,” said Anthony Correa, Auto Claim Service Leader at Allstate.  “It was an honor to support you, and we hope the experience has brought a lot of joy and comfort your way.  Thanks for the partnership with the National Auto Body Council and Fabian’s Collision to make this happen.”

Olive Arnold, who was presented a 2017 Mazda CX-5, is an extraordinary woman who has shown remarkable strength and dedication in every aspect of her life. As a hardworking mother of two, she runs her own cleaning service that requires her to do a lot of driving.  Unfortunately, she was driving a vehicle that was over 20 years old and increasingly unreliable, causing stress and uncertainty in her daily life and threatening the source of her income.  Despite the urging of her mechanic to purchase a newer vehicle, Olive has had to continue driving it due to limited funds.  Parts have been hard to come by and the heater no longer works.  She was nominated by United Way California Capital Region.

“This vehicle will make our lives easier, knowing that we have reliable transportation,” said Arnold.  “For work, school, church…we can turn the heater or air conditioner on and know it will work.  We are so excited about the car that we are planning a road trip.  Thanks to God, the United Way, and the NABC Recycled Rides® Program, we have a beautiful, gifted, reliable vehicle.”

Allstate, a Level One partner of the National Auto Body Council®, has donated many vehicles to people and organizations through NABC Recycled Rides, making it one of the largest car donor partners of NABC Recycled Rides.

NABC Recycled Rides® is a unique program in which businesses representing all facets of the collision repair industry team up to repair and donate vehicles to individuals and families in need of reliable transportation. Since the inception of the NABC Recycled Rides® program in 2007, members of the National Auto Body Council® have donated more than 3,500 vehicles valued at $51 million.

Additional partners in this presentation include Pacific Rims, Advanced Remarketing Services, Enterprise, Cars for Charity and Copart.
