Presentation to Recipients Took Place at the Collision Repair Education Foundation
Annual Golf Fundraiser in Philadelphia
PORT CHARLOTTE, FL (July 23, 2025) – On Tuesday, July 22, at the Collision Repair Education Foundation 23rd Annual Golf Fundraiser, two Philadelphia-area individuals in need of transportation received life-changing gifts—the donation of fully refurbished vehicles. The gifts were made possible by the National Auto Body Council Recycled Rides® program, vehicle donor Allstate and repair partner Crash Champions.
The golf event and vehicle presentation took place at the Philmont Country Club in Huntingdon Valley, PA, in conjunction with golf fundraiser held by the Collision Repair Education Foundation, benefiting educational programs and students.
Allstate donated the two vehicles, which were refurbished by Crash Champions of Hammonton, NJ. Family Promise of Philadelphia, a national partner with the NABC®, nominated the two deserving recipients.

The National Auto Body Council®, Allstate and Crash Champions presented a beautifully refurbished 2017 Ford Explorer to Quenzell Robinson, who is a committed and hardworking student currently attending Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). Robinson has consistently demonstrated resilience and determination, balancing academic success with the weight of difficult financial decisions. This summer, Robinson secured a competitive internship in Washington, D.C. — a tremendous opportunity that marks a significant milestone in his professional journey. This internship is not just a summer experience — it is a gateway to launching his career in a meaningful way. One critical challenge Quenzell was facing was transportation. In order to fully participate in this internship, having reliable access to a car was essential. The presentation of reliable vehicle is the foundation he needs to take this important step forward and will support this promising young man in achieving his goals.
Robinson explained, “This will take away a great amount of stress, getting back and forth to work and to school. I really appreciate it. Now I can move forward and take a stake in this world.”
NABC®, Allstate, and Crash Champions also presented a fully refurbished 2019 Jeep Compass to Tonia Harris, who has overcome joblessness and housing instability to build a better life for her children and herself. She has gone from being in the Family Promise shelter to public housing and now to a home of her own. Recently, Harris took another step up, moving to a better school district to provide her children with a safe environment and access to community resources. Her career growth has been just as remarkable. From early days earning minimum wage at a daycare, she has worked her way up to become the director of a home care agency, where she gives back generously through volunteer work and community involvement. Today, Harris is a business analyst at a major insurance company. She has become a true example of what resilience, determination, and support can create. Receiving the gift of a NABC Recycled Ride® will help this devoted mother and thoughtful leader continue her upward journey.
Harris commented at the presentation about the need for reliable transportation, “It’s such an important thing—people don’t realize. I am so grateful to the partners. Thank you. We need each other.”
NABC Recycled Rides® is a unique program in which businesses representing all facets of the collision repair industry team up to repair and donate vehicles to individuals and families in need of reliable transportation. Since the inception of the NABC Recycled Rides® program in 2007, members of the National Auto Body Council® have donated more than 3,500 vehicles valued at some $51 million.
Through the Changing and Saving Lives Foundation, NABC is able to serve these families in need and allow its partners to support through their donation of parts, materials and resources to refurbish these vehicles. Community members can support this important work, too, through their donations to the Changing and Saving Lives Foundation and the NABC Recycled Rides program.
Allstate is a Level One partner in the NABC® and is one of the largest donors of vehicles to the NABC Recycled Rides® program. Crash Champions, also a Level One NABC® partner, has more than 650 locations in 38 states, making it one of the largest collision center systems in the United States. All Crash Champions locations are I-CAR Gold Certified repair facilities.
Additional partners in the NABC Recycled Rides® presentations included Eye Can Fix That (ECFT), Auto Zone, The Polished Anchor Detail, Bergey’s Wholesale Parts, C & J Automotive, Advanced Remarketing Services, Cars for Charity and Copart.
