PORT CHARLOTTE, FL (January 22, 2026) – On Tuesday, January 20, an Indianapolis area veteran received a life-changing gift—the donation of a beautifully refurbished vehicle as she continues her work in the veteran’s community. The donation was made possible by the NABC Recycled Rides® program, vehicle donor GEICO and repair partner CARSTAR Gulley’s Auto Body.

The presentation took place at the CARSTAR Gulley’s Auto Body location in Connersville, IN. The recipient was nominated by the Indiana Department of Veterans Affairs (IDVA). The mission of the IDVA is to assist Hoosier Veterans, service personnel, their dependents and/or survivors in obtaining every benefit and advantage due them under the laws of the State of Indiana and the United States.
Tiffany Bell was born and raised in Connersville, IN before serving in the United States Marine Corps from 2005-2009. She completed two combat deployments to Iraq. Bell was assigned highly dangerous and stressful missions that put her life in danger during each mission. She is now service-connected disabled and still volunteers to drive veterans to their VA appointments. Bell spends time with veterans who need assistance and explains mental health services. Her current automobile has developed engine issues that will cost thousands of dollars to repair. This refurbished vehicle from the NABC Recycled Rides® program will provide her much needed assistance to herself and other veterans.
GEICO, a Level One partner of the National Auto Body Council®, has donated more than a thousand vehicles to people and organizations through NABC Recycled Rides, making it the largest car donor partner of NABC Recycled Rides.
CARSTAR is part of the Driven Brands family of automotive brands, a level one NABC member, and is an I-CAR Gold Certified network.
Additional partners in this presentation include: Evergreen Calibration, Oxford Car Care, R and R Sales and Salvage, Connersville City Police Department, PPG, Federated – Koi Auto Parts, Enterprise, Advanced Remarketing Services and Cars for Charity
