LAS VEGAS (November 17, 2022) – During the 2022 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, three deserving local veterans experienced a life-changing event – the presentation of three vehicles to provide them independence and the ability to work and take care of their families – thanks to the National Auto Body Council Recycled Rides® program along with car donor GEICO and Gerber Collision & Glass of Las Vegas.

CHARLOTTE (November 16, 2022) – Last Thursday, Fix Auto Santee joined other collision repair partners to present National Auto Body Council Recycled Rides® vehicles to 10 deserving veterans and military members and their families at the Armed Services YMCA in San Diego, CA, all donated by USAA. The presentation was part of USAA’s 100th anniversary celebration, through which it will gift 100 NABC® Recycled Rides® vehicles to military families across the country, including Nashville, Seattle, Chesapeake, Savannah, Charlotte, Colorado Springs, Denver, Phoenix, Tampa, San Diego and finally San Antonio later this year.

CHARLOTTE (November 8, 2022) — At the 2022 NABC® Annual Meeting, the National Auto Body Council® held its board elections for the upcoming year. In addition to re-electing four members whose terms were expiring, it also welcomed three new members to the National Auto Body Council® Board.

CHARLOTTE (November 7, 2022) — The National Auto Body Council® made a big splash – raindrops and high winds included – during their 2022 NABC® SEMA Celebration at this year’s SEMA Show on the SEMA Reveal main stage outside the Las Vegas Convention Center. The celebration showcased NABC® annual awards, the Hall of Eagles recipients and the NABC® Recycled Rides® presentation to nine deserving Las Vegas families.

CHARLOTTE (October 3, 2022) – Recently, 11 deserving veterans and military members and their families were honored at the regional USAA headquarters in Charlotte, NC and presented with National Auto Body Council Recycled Rides® vehicles, all donated by USAA. The vehicles were refurbished by collision repair partners Hendrick Collision Centers, including Hendrick Collision Center of Charlotte, Hendrick Collision Center of Concord, Hendrick Collision Center of Rock Hill and Hendrick Collision Center – Gwinnett Place Honda; Caliber Collision Center – Charlotte/Monroe and Caliber Collision Center – Charlotte/Harris Blvd.; CARSTAR Jerry Rhynes Collision; and Carolinas Collision/Parks Chevrolet and Cross Creek Collision, both Certified Collision Group members.

LANCASTER, PA – If you’ve been in a car accident and needed assistance getting out of your vehicle, you were likely grateful for the first responder helping you to safety. Last Saturday, the National Auto Body Council recognized a first responder from Lancaster, PA, for their dedication to safe rescues and honored them as the 5,000th participant in the NABC® First Responder Emergency Extrication (F.R.E.E.) program.

ST.LOUIS, MO (September 19, 2022) – On Monday, September 12, three deserving St. Louis veterans and military families experienced a life-changing event – the presentation of three vehicles to provide them independence and the ability to work and take care of their families – thanks to the National Auto Body Council Recycled Rides® program along with car donors Farmers Insurance®, GEICO and Travelers Insurance and repair partner Schaefer Autobody, which refurbished all three vehicles.

ST. LOUIS, MO (September 18, 2022) – On Tuesday, September 13, a local U.S. Air Force veteran experienced a life-changing event – the presentation of a vehicle to provide him independence that comes with having his own reliable   transportation – thanks to the National Auto Body Council Recycled Rides® program along with car donor Allstate, collision repairer Caliber Collision and charity partner Missouri Veterans Endeavor.
