Buick Skylark Gran Sport

Year: 1965

Brand of Paint: Laquer

Special Modifications: My 65 Buick pulls triple duty every year: grocery getter, parade car and the only Nailhead racecar in Pure Stock, FAST and Supercar series drag racing competition. The car was built to compete in stock tire muscle car racing series, meaning no aftermarket parts or modifications are allowed. The car is very competitive against better known muscle cars (GTO’s, Road Runners and Mustangs for example) and has run a best of 13.85 @ 99.0 mph with a 2 speed automatic and 3.42 rear gear. I’ve owned the car for 10 + years and it has been raced consistently since the day I got it.
